Cookies, simply explained.
How HisnX uses cookies and similar technologies, and the controls you have over them.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to store information about your visit. They let us keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used.
Similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — serve the same purpose and are covered by this policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
HisnX uses cookies for four purposes: keeping you authenticated, remembering your preferences (language, theme, layout), measuring platform performance, and detecting abuse or fraud.
We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies keep the platform functional — session tokens, CSRF protection, and load-balancing identifiers. These cannot be disabled.
Preference cookies remember your settings so you do not have to re-enter them each visit.
Analytics cookies help us understand which features are used and where users run into friction. These are aggregated and not tied to your identity beyond what is needed for product improvement.
Security cookies help detect anomalous login activity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We use a small number of trusted service providers for payments, email, and error monitoring. These providers may set cookies when their functionality is active on the platform.
We do not share your browsing data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features of HisnX.
For browser-specific instructions, see the help documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret this signal, HisnX does not currently respond to it. We do, however, honor explicit cookie preferences you set within the platform.
7. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period (typically up to 12 months) or until you delete them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or through an in-product notice before they take effect.
