The rules of the platform.

By accessing or using HisnX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including researchers, program owners, verified firms, and visitors.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Provide accurate, current information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Researchers must operate within the scope defined by each program. Testing outside of scope, attempting to access other users' data, or conducting denial-of-service attacks is strictly prohibited.

HisnX is Safe Harbor aligned (disclose.io). Good-faith research conducted within program scope will not be subject to legal action from program owners.

Program owners set the scope, severity methodology, and payout ranges for their programs. Owners agree to triage reports in good faith and to pay valid bounties in accordance with their published terms.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their program does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

The HisnX marketplace connects clients with verified consulting firms. Engagements are contracts between the client and the firm; HisnX facilitates payment escrow and dispute resolution but is not a party to the engagement contract.

Firms represent that their team credentials and certifications are accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal from the marketplace.

HisnX charges a platform fee on bounty payouts and marketplace transactions, disclosed before you commit to a transaction. Fees may change with notice.

Payouts are processed through our payment partners. You are responsible for any taxes owed on income received through the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit to HisnX. By submitting content, you grant HisnX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.

The HisnX name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the platform's operation; misrepresent your identity or credentials; harass or threaten other users; or attempt to bypass platform fees by circumventing the escrow system.

HisnX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from all threats.

Vulnerability reports and research findings are the work of individual researchers. HisnX does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any report.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HisnX and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to HisnX in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HisnX is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of HisnX after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
